Obviously contact lens is not man's thing as I witnessed a man struggle every morning to put up the contact lens into his eye, along the way with the swear came from his mouth every time he failed to do so. I got a good tip today from my colleague on how to wear contact lens, I'll try to transfer this knowledge to this man, hopefully this tip can help him up and to avoid tension relationship between this man and the contact lens
I always offer to help but this is the thing that he has to do it by him self.. So what I can say is practice makes perfect :)Good luck Babe!

Is there any side effects from using contact lenses? I've been a glasses guy since I was small.
What are the downsides of using them?
I don't know about the downsides, coz I'm not the expert on this thing. But I have friends whose been using contact lenses for years and they don't have any problem with that.
Man witn contact lens? You surely need special training for that :))

Hey there. I've been wearing contact lenses for the last seven years. It was tough as hell to put them in on the first week I started, but now I am loving it.
Wearing contact lenses allows me to do more physical activities (sports) and I longer need to prescribe my sunglasses. One of the downside is, if I'm not mistaken, the increase tension between eyes and the contact lenses. And of course, they're not cheap.
