Too much...

I definitely had too much caffeine today.

I usually drink coffee in the morning, just 1 glass of tall non fat flat white and I good to go.

But today is an exception, I slept at 3am cos I completely forgot about time when I watch Brothers & Sisters.


Try to keep me awake by taking 1 cup of coffee before lunch and then took another 1 tall flat white after lunch. In return my heart beat fast now like I'm in a race-pace endurance and feels like I want to move around the office.

I think I better go to the gym tonight, otherwise I couldn't sleep and I probably get anxiety attack.

Too much of something is definitely no good.

Does anyone know what should I do to get the caffeine out of my system?

drink more water, fruit juice...limit the coffee intake to 1 small cup only, eat fruits.

drink plenty of water of course, it will dilute the caffeine and bring them out from the system... meanwhile, stop taking more coffee :D

Girl! I have been there...and it happens to me at least once a week. If I could, I'd had coffee all. day. long.

The best cure is to just drink LOTS of water.

Hi Ecky,

Have a nice glass of wine and chill out. This will calm everything down. Just pretend that alcohol absorbs caffeine and you'll be fine.

And don't watch so much TV!!!

I dont know about getting it out of your system but I do KNOW that I love Brotheres and Sisters, I want them to be my family.

I hate when that happens! Nothing you can do, but water will cool things down and help you chill out.

Hm same as chelsea, I don't know about getting out the caffeine but I just bought Brothers and Sisters, will watch it. Hopefully I didn't do the same things like you :-D
