Being Lazy but fit

Why do we need to exercise?

Why can't we get awesome body with doing nothing?

Yes I'm being lazy today, Sam is at the gym and he's waiting for me to come down at his second hour, according to some program in Men's Health magazine he has to spend 2 hours at the gym today, with activities running and cycling.

It's always hard to move my feet to the gym, I don't know why. Maybe because only the 2 of us there with our own iPod so I don't feel the excitement and euphoria as in the fitness centre. Also because I easily bore running on the treadmill. If Jakarta has fresh air like in other country whose less of pollution I would run outdoor.

When I was a member in Celebrity Fitness I always join Spinning Class and Body Combat.

What is spinning?

Spinning is a form of training that uses stationary exercise bicycles in an indoor group setting. Each individual may regulate his or her training intensity in the course of the session - by changing the cadence, flywheel resistance and even their cycling posture. Spinning increases endurance and particularly stimulates the largest muscles in the body: the buttocks, stomach and thighs.

Spinning is done in specially equipped rooms with any number of exercise bicycles. These bicycles have a simple, modern construction designed to make you feel like you’re really out on the road. With encouragement, and the right technique, participants quickly settle into a good training rhythm. Experienced instructors give the group advice, and provide individual
assistance, on how to get the most benefit from this training. The length of the session may vary.

Over time, spinning is guaranteed to make even the steepest hills seem smaller, whether you’re ascending them on a bicycle, on foot or skiing. Spinning is actually one of the most effective forms of endurance training known!

BODYCOMBAT™ is

the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model
instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

BODYCOMBAT™ class is choreographed to 10 tracks of the latest music, providing an exhilarating exercise experience that delivers ultra-fast fitness results.

Why I love those 2 classes?

Because you exercise in full room of people so could share all the excitement and all the screams, up beat music to speed up your heart rate and good instructors (sometimes cute too hee hee). I can join spinning and body combat class at the same day. That's show how much I love that classes, and the result was awesome. Why was? since I've been caught up with works so I can't go to the gym as much as used to be and also I eat a lot now, so bye bye to my fit body :))

Oops Sam is calling me, apparently his 1st hour has passed and now I have to join him at the gym.

Well I guess I have to go get ready otherwise he will lecture me about the importance of exercise and being healthy du du du du..

I dream to have hot body like Fergie, man look at that fabulous abs.. I better work out hard and do strict diet like her, but... I'm sooo lazy eerrrr....

I wonder if there is one pills that can change my body to be fit and tone in just 1 day *dreaming mode*

It would be FANTASTIC if you could get a great body without working out. I hate the gym. I need a lazy girl's guide to fitness.

Oh and I used to do body combat but i would be agony FOR DAYS afterwards. Now I just stick to doing my Tae Bo vids at home - less embarrassing when I mess up, for one thing!

I can only say ... bravo girl! I have the worst rhythmical ability of anybody I have ever known. I can't control movement of my feet and hand, hence I always make a total fool of myself at cardio classes.

So I do lifting now. Lifting spoon to my mouth :P
